I am now one month into my 90-day "Body by Vi" challenge and I'm down 6.8lbs. I'm not perfect, but I haven't given up after bad days and I'm still feeling motivated. The first couple weeks I spent all my time thinking about my smoothies and what else I was going to eat. Lately I haven't been quite so all-consumed by my eating and drinking but I'm definitely still making an effort and most days I'm still drinking my two smoothies. Some days are definitely easier than others, but I'm still confident that I'll be down my 15lbs before Christmas. It's nice to feel a difference in my energy level and my clothes too!
